Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium once the download or access to the product has begun.

This applies in particular to our Vocal Mixing Suites as well as our individual services, as these are digital products that are available for immediate use.

Furthermore, returns are not possible because it is technically impossible to fully verify whether the digital files have been accessed, copied, or used after download.
